A woman who was on the way home was brutally and repeatedly raped and injured for seven hours by a 58-year-old Iranian man at a clubhouse. When an opportune moment came, the woman was able to flee, and she was able to take along a circular that gave details about the perpetrator.

The woman was on her way home around 1:30 and was addressed by the perpetrator on Gollierstrasse. The man grabbed the woman and dragged her by force into the rooms of an Iraqi club restaurant. There she was raped several times for a period of seven hours under beatings from the perpetrator.

At an opportune instant she was able to get away. The woman was also able to take a circular from one of the rooms that gave details about the perpetrator. She went home, informed her mother, and in turn alarmed the police.

A detailed interrogation still could not be carried out due to the poor condition of the woman. She suffered multiple bruises in the face and throat area, as well as further serious injuries to the vaginal area. Furthermore hemorrhages were also found in the left eyelid. The woman is to be treated as an in-patient at a clinic.

The perpetrator spoken of here is a 58-year-old Iranian man who shortly after the crime was publicized was taken into temporary custody. The District Attorney filed for a warrant for his arrest that was remitted by the examining judge.
