In complete accordance with the “Prophet’s” tradition, a Turk has been abusing his nine-year-old stepdaughter several times a month. The physical mother gave the daughter hints on what to do. So that the child could bear the pains, she took sleep medicine. The stepbrother was forced to confess to abuse and imitate it.
These perversities have now come to light in a Swiss courtroom.
Der Tagesanzeiger writes:
In August 2006 began the abuse of the daughter born in 1997. Some three to four times a month, the father would violate the stepdaughter in various ways. The physical mother and wife was not present during the abuse. She showed her daughter precisely which sexual acts and in what ways the daughter should carry them out with the stepfather. According to the charges, there were attempted rapes, sexual acts with children and forced sex.
Since the daughter experienced pain with the sexual activity, the mother supplied the daughter with sleep medicine at the request of the stepfather. Many days, the mother deceived the daughter into believing the medicine was for colds. The girl was actually made groggy so that she could no longer defend herself against the sexual advances.
The physical son of the man, who was born in 1994, was also not spared. He beat him until he was blue, held a knife at his throat, and threatened to kill him. One time he beat him until the son finally admitted untruthfully that he had sex with his half-sister. After he had held a knife to his throat, he commanded the son and the stepdaughter to strip and perform respective sexual acts. The children obeyed out of fear that the father could become extemely abusive.
After the Winterthur Regional Court sentenced the father with six years, and the mother with a 30-month conditional jail sentence, the Upper Court raised the sentence to eight and a half and three and a half years unconditional incarceration at the request of the District Attorney. The parents have to pay damages of 40,000 francs to the daughter, and the son is to receive 5,000 francs. There was a gag order for the complete trial against the man of Turkish origin and the woman of Slovak origin. Therefore, the motives of the parents are completely undetermined. And just as unclear is why the expenditures for the court opinions and the official defense were not imposed on the parents, but were placed upon the court treasury.
Well, it’s pretty clear why. Society has to pay for it’s enrichment after all.
