This is the report for which many people in Germany have long been waiting. The Dutch Islam critic and head of the Party for Freedom, Geert Wilders (middle of picture), is coming to the German capital of Berlin on October 2, 2010, at the invitation of Berlin Representative Rene Stadtkewitz (left). “I feel honored to be able to speak in Berlin,” the 46-year-old said in a conversation on Tuesday with Stadtkewitz (left) and the founder of the Islam critical weblog PI, Stefan Herre (right) in the parliament house in The Hague.
Wilders stressed in the conversation the meaning of Germany for the “Geert Wilders Alliance for Freedom” and that the Islam-critical movements in the five western countries of France, Great Britain, USA, Canada and Germany should network better together. “That freedom is being limited and Islam is spreading isn’t just our Dutch problem; it is a problem for all of the free West,” Wilders said. “If we are in the position to pool freedom loving, Islam critical efforts and help people to spread the news, then this would also change some things politically and societally in these countries. That would be fantastic.”
Wherever Islam encounters Judeo-Christian shaped culture, the same things show up. While immigration from non-Islamic countries normally leads to complete integration, increasing problems arise with immigration from Islamically structured countries. Refusal to integrate, ghettoization of complete neighborhoods, youth violence, forced marriage and honor murder are marks of the cities in The Netherlands just as of those in Germany. However, politicians from both countries do not want to recognize the dangers of this purposeful immigration, especially not since the ability of their people to deal with it has been exceeded.
In the name of countless critically thinking people in Germany, Stadtkewitz and Herre expressed their thanks to Wilders for his courageous and unrelenting involvement. They made it clear to him in the conversation that his work is very consciously appreciated and followed. “I was amazed that Geert Wilders, who pays a dear price for his involvement, has not lost his humor and confidence in spite of everything that has happened, and I am pleased to welcome him to Berlin,” Stadtkewitz said after the conversation. Herre also appeared very pleased after the conversation: “I was happy that Wilders above all praised the work of the Islam-critical German blog and highlighted its significance for balanced reporting.”
The preparations for the event in which Wilders will hold a presentation in the German language and again show his film Fitna are running full steam ahead. For security reasons, participation will only be possible after advance registration, also the exact place of event and its time will be announced at a future date — we apologize for any inconvenience.
